Customer Sales Representative

The Customer Sales Representative will support customers, identify their needs, and present suitable product or service solutions. This role focuses on building strong relationships, maintaining customer satisfaction, and contributing to overall sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Present product information clearly and confidently to support customer decision‑making
- Manage incoming inquiries and follow up with potential customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer experience and share market insights
- Support promotional activities and represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance goals
- Basic computer literacy and ability to manage digital systems
- Problem‑solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively
- Experience in a similar role within the local market
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Ability to adapt sales approaches based on customer needs
