Branch Manager - East London
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee smooth operations of the branch
- Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Monitor and enhance the branch’s financial performance
- Conduct market research and product analysis
- Manage staff performance, workflow, and daily outputs
- Ensure operational cost control and strict budget discipline
Specific Functions
- Achieve and exceed branch sales targets
- Drive product visibility and brand awareness in the region
- Manage daily branch activities effectively and efficiently
- Maintain accurate stock records, controls, and reporting
Key Requirements
- Proven managerial experience in a retail or depot environment
- Strong sales background with the ability to drive revenue
- Reside in East London or surrounding areas with knowledge of the local market
- Physically fit with a valid driver’s licence
- Computer literate with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English

- Basic salary with commission and bonus structure
