The successful candidate will support the Head Guide in overseeing guiding operations while ensuring guests enjoy exceptional wildlife experiences. Applicants should have a strong background in game guiding, outstanding guest interaction skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and service. Candidates with Full Trails Guide and Level 2 qualifications will be highly preferred. However, the lodge is also open to considering experienced guides who possess excellent bush knowledge, leadership abilities, and a proven track record in the safari industry. This live-in position offers a competitive salary package and the opportunity to work within a professional team at a well-established luxury lodge. Job Requirements & Description Assist with the management and supervision of the guiding department. Conduct professional game drives and wildlife experiences. Deliver exceptional guest service and interpretive guiding. Ensure guest safety at all times during activities. Support guide training, mentoring, and development. Maintain guiding equipment and vehicles to required standards. Assist with operational planning and daily lodge activities. Strong knowledge of wildlife, conservation, and the surrounding ecosystem. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Full Trails Guide and Level 2 qualification preferred. Other highly experienced candidates will be considered. Ability to work in a luxury hospitality environment. Positive attitude, professionalism, and team-player mindset.
