Wear Parts Specialist: GET and Undercarriage

Role Summary: We are looking for a Wear Parts Specialist to join our team and lead the development and execution of growth strategies across the Ground Engaging Tools (GET) and Undercarriage portfolio. In this highly visible role, you will combine market intelligence, customer insights, and commercial expertise to identify opportunities, strengthen market position, and drive profitable growth. What you will do: Develop and execute marketing and growth strategies for the GET and Undercarriage product portfolio. Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify commercial opportunities. Partner with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders to understand operational challenges and deliver customer-focused solutions. Monitor portfolio performance through key metrics and provide recommendations to improve market penetration, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Use market intelligence and insights to influence business strategy and support decision-making. Drive product awareness, value proposition development, and go-to-market initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product support, engineering, and dealer teams to align strategic priorities. Communicate market trends, customer feedback, and strategic recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders. Support business development activities and customer engagements across the region. The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar commercial, marketing, product, technical, aftermarket, or industry-focused role. Fluency in English. French and/or Arabic language skills would be advantageous. Experience within construction equipment, mining, heavy machinery, wear parts, aftermarket parts, GET, or undercarriage solutions. Experience working with dealer networks and customer-facing commercial teams. Knowledge of wear applications, maintenance practices, and customer productivity solutions.
