Provide administrative support to the site safety function and ensure accurate maintenance of safety records and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain safety files and documentation.
• Update incident and safety registers.
• Assist with permit-to-work administration.
• Capture and maintain safety statistics.
• Assist with safety reporting and filing.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the Safety Officer.
Requirements
• Grade 12.
• Basic Safety Induction.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong administration and record-keeping skills.
• Previous mining or safety administration experience advantageous.
