Sales Manager: East & West Africa

IQVIA seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead regional business growth across East and West Africa. The role combines strategic market development, direct business development activities, and leadership of a geographically dispersed sales team, requiring extensive regional travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategy for East and West African markets
- Lead business development with high-value prospects and manage accounts through closure
- Lead, coach, and manage a geographically dispersed regional sales team
- Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and monitor regional performance and profitability
- Build strategic customer and partner relationships while identifying market expansion opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field
- Minimum 10 years' sales and business development experience
- At least 4 years in senior sales leadership capacity
- Proven success developing business across multiple African markets
- Experience leading geographically dispersed or regional sales teams
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic planning capability
- CRM systems and Microsoft Office proficiency
