Digital Marketing & Sales Executive

BeingIT is looking for a Digital Marketing & Sales Executive who can combine digital marketing with hands-on customer engagement.This is an ideal role for someone who understands that successful marketing doesn't stop at generating a lead you need to help turn that lead into a customer.Key responsibilities:Assist with digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns.Manage social media and digital channels.Monitor campaign performance and lead quality.Respond promptly to incoming enquiries.Contact and qualify potential customers via phone, email and WhatsApp.Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate CRM records.Arrange meetings, demonstrations and sales opportunities.Support the sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to conversion.Assist with campaign reporting and optimisation.Work with external marketing/design partners where required.Requirements:2+ years experience in digital marketing, sales, lead generation or customer-facing roles.Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable speaking to prospective customers.Organised and confident with follow-up.CRM experience advantageous.Commercially minded and eager to learn.Were looking for someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, speak to customers and turn opportunities into business.Marketing gets attention.
