Product Projects Manager

An established organization at the forefront of financial technology and services is seeking a Product Projects Manager to lead key initiatives and drive strategic growth. This is a unique opportunity to assume full ownership of impactful projects, from inception to successful delivery, within a dynamic team committed to innovation and operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
Take complete ownership of projects, managing multiple workstreams from initiation to completion
Define project priorities aligning with business goals
Lead the implementation and optimisation of CRM systems, sales and retention platforms, and call centre technologies
Drive AI and automation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption
Embed new systems into daily operations and promote effective usage across teams
Act as the main liaison between Operations, IT, Marketing, and senior management
Monitor project progress, remove obstacles, and maintain momentum
Hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables and deadlines
Continuously explore opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through technological and process improvements
Requirements:
5+ years of project management experience, preferably within financial services or fintech
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience with CRM systems, sales platforms, and automation tools
Familiarity with the following:
Financial technology platforms
Call centre technologies
AI and automation solutions
Cross-functional team collaboration
