- Winning new business and building long-term client relationships
- Business development and developing your own client base
- Sourcing, screening, and matching top talent
- Advising candidates throughout their career journey
- Negotiating offers and closing placements
- Managing your own pipeline and monthly targets
- 2–3 years of recruitment, sales, or business development experience
- Confidence in cold calling and client engagement
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A target-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience with Placement Partner is advantageous
- Degree or Honours in Industrial Psychology, Marketing, or Business
- Uncapped commission with significant earning potential
