Minimum Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- 3 years’ experience in the hospitality or food services industry
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a healthcare environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to patients and staff
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation and serving areas
- Follow dietary guidelines and portion control standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support kitchen operations including stock rotation and waste management
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and supervisors to ensure smooth service delivery
