BTech/BSc Food Sc/Ind Eng; Adv Dip Quality/Health & Safety Mngt;ISO 45001;ISO 9001;ISO 14001; SEDEX. Four (4)+ years exp QA in food/chemical mnfc. Must implement/train/maintain/docs control/audit/drive CI/report writing of IMS/Integrated Management System/ISO/SEDEX systems/Risk Assessments (HIRA/ Impact/Aspect/Quality risk/opportunities) across QC/SHE/ethical standards of flavours/fragrance/ emulsion mnfc for food/beverages/personal/household care products. System matters be verified/trained/ communicated/upheld by all staff/functional environments. Improve IMS/OSH/SHE culture. Maintain/ensure compliance with all QMS/SHE/SEDEX standards for certification. Cntl IMS monitoring/measuring/ verification/validation activities/monthly checks/PPE inspections/spillage records. Manage Maintenance activities/docs. Document/investigate/close out NCRs. Ensure all SOP's/policies/procedures are reviewed/updated as required/annually/coordinate relevant activities. Part of legal compliance team/ensure legal compliance of the business. Implement standards/legislative regulations re. disposal of raw materials/waste/chemicals Conduct client/supplier/service provider audits/advise on approval of new suppliers/service providers & supplier/service ratings. Manage SHE team/Forklift Drivers/First Aiders/Fire Fighters/Incident Investigators/Spill Controllers/practices in the business. Compile/maintain QA/Change Manage docs/reports across the business.
