The Mpumalanga Department of Health is committed to improve the quality of health and well-being of all people of Mpumalanga by providing needs based, people centred, equitable health care delivery system through an integrated network of health care services provided by a cadre of dedicated and well skilled health workers.Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualifications. Basic Computer Literacy. Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Understanding of customer care and Batho Pele Principles. Willing to work under pressure Duties: Capture data from available records into the required formats e,g database, tables and spreadsheet. Verify query missing data and errors observed during data entry. Review and validate all data from the records. Submit data. Make regular backups of data. Update register and statistics. Keep an maintain records and files. Ensure that records and files are properly sorted and secured. Provide information to the components. Perform any other related duties allocated to you by supervisor.
