Position Purpose:

The primary purpose of the Automotive Technician is to ensure that vehicles are serviced, maintained and repaired to the highest standards, following manufacturer guidelines, specifications and protocols.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership workshop environment.

A key expectation of the role is that the business is able to sell all hours worked by the technician through productive, efficient and high-quality workshop performance.

Candidate Requirements:

Essential:

• Qualified Automotive Technician with the relevant automotive trade certification.
• Minimum 4-5 years' post-apprenticeship experience.
• Proven experience working within a franchise dealership environment.
