Île-de-France . Sous la responsabilité du responsable formation, votre rôle sera d'accompagner nos utilisateurs au quotidien.
Votre Futur Quotidien Chez Nous
Une fois votre parcours d'intégration de 8 semaines terminé et nos logiciels apprivoisés, vous prendrez les commandes de vos missions :
- Transmettre votre savoir : Vous formez les utilisateurs pour qu’ils maîtrisent parfaitement notre suite logicielle.
- Aller sur le terrain : Le contact humain est au cœur du poste. Vous animez vos sessions principalement en présentiel (90 %) et ponctuellement à distance.
- Gérer votre environnement : Vous vous occupez de l'installation et du retrait du matériel nécessaire à la dispense des formations.
- Assurer le suivi : Les formations étant certifiées Qualiopi, vous rédigez après chaque formation un compte rendu pour garder une trace de l'avancée de vos apprenants.
- Participer à l’évolution : Vous testez les nouvelles versions de nos logiciels pour nous aider à les améliorer.
- Prêter main-forte : Vous intervenez occasionnellement en renfort auprès de l’équipe support (SAV).
Le rythme : Vous intervenez chez nos clients à la semaine, en toute autonomie. Vos interlocuteurs sont passionnants et variés (aide-soignants, infirmiers, médecins, directeurs d’établissements, administratifs…). A vous de savoir parler leur langage !
Qui êtes-vous ?
- Votre expérience : Vous avez déjà au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans la formation, idéalement dans l’univers médico-social.
- Vos atouts : Si vous connaissez déjà le DUI (Dossier Usager Informatisé), c'est un énorme plus ! Bien sûr, les outils informatiques n'ont aucun secret pour vous.
- Votre personnalité : On dit de vous que vous êtes quelqu’un d’empathique et à l'écoute. Vous savez vous adapter à tous les publics (et à tous les imprévus du terrain !)

Conditions
- CDI 37h + Statut cadre + 12 RTT
- Déplacement à la semaine à prévoir
- Matériel fourni par Teranga
- Indemnité de télétravail (160€/mois)
