Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the first point of contact for Australians who have already expressed interest in learning more about property investing.
Working with warm enquiries, you will conduct structured qualification conversations, uncover each prospects goals, build rapport, and schedule appointments with one of the company's Senior Property Consultants.

You will be support by proven sales process, ongoing coaching, and a collaborative team that is invested in your success. If you are motivated by targets, enjoy speaking with people and want your earnings to reflect your performance, this role offers and exciting opportunity to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Australians who have already expressed interest in company's services.
• Conduct structured qualification conversations with prospective clients.
• Build rapport and identify each client's goals and suitability.
• Schedule qualified prospects into appointments with Senior Property Consultants
• Follow up promptly with clients who miss or reschedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and update customer records after every interaction.
• Consistently achieve daily activity targets and weekly booking goals.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and performance development.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are ambitious, coachable, and genuinely enjoy speaking with people.
The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, tele sales, customer service, or lead generation.
• Excellent spoken and written English
• A strong professional telephone manner.
• A strong work ethic and desire to exceed targets.
• The ability to work independantly from home.
• Reliable internet and suitable home office environment.
• Available to work 3:00am - 11:am SAST.

Experience selling into Australian market will be highly regarded but is not essentially.
