JOB REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with brand objectives Manage digital marketing, content creation, and social media platforms Drive brand awareness through PR, partnerships, and media engagement Oversee website performance, content updates, and user experience improvements Increase direct bookings through targeted online campaigns Create and manage newsletters, mailers, and promotional campaigns Coordinate with PR agencies and manage press-related activities Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels Monitor industry trends to guide marketing decisions Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders Manage content production including blogs, photography, and video shoots Oversee paid and organic social media strategies and community management Lead brand positioning and ensure alignment with the company vision Collaborate with designers and developers for marketing collateral Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience as a Marketing Manager in luxury hospitality or travel Strong understanding of digital marketing and brand strategy Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Passion for luxury travel, hospitality, and high-end branding Ability to work onsite in Cape Town Package: - Salary: Market Related - This is a live-out position Start Date: ASAP
