We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Accountant to manage project costing, budgeting, invoicing, reporting, and profitability across marquee tent and modular structure projects. The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams to ensure strong financial control, compliance, and commercial performance. Key ResponsibilitiesManage project budgets, costing, reporting, and financial records.Monitor project performance, margins, and budget variances.Process purchase orders, supplier invoices, and customer invoicing.Perform project reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and month-end reporting.Maintain project documentation and ERP system information.Identify financial risks and support profitability analysis.Improve project accounting processes and controls. RequirementsQualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Experience in project accounting or administration.Knowledge of budgeting, job costing, and financial reporting.Advanced Excel and ERP/accounting systems experience.Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Industry experience is advantageous.
