- Improve workflows and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain documentation for CAD files and pattern revisions.
- Support the implementation of CAD best practices.
- Assist with training and guidance for colleagues using Gerber or Lectra software.
- Strong Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills.
- Specialised experience using Gerber or Lectra systems.
- Solid technical drawing and drafting skills.
- Expertise in construction drawings and design engineering.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and quality assurance skills within a production or manufacturing environment.
- Relevant qualification in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, Engineering, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Experience in pattern making, grading, and marker making within the apparel or textile manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Lesotho.
