SUMMARY:
Our client, based in Bethlehem, Free State, is seeking a Code 10 Truck Driver to transport goods safely and efficiently to clients, warehouses, and distribution centres. The successful candidate will be responsible for adhering to road safety regulations, meeting delivery schedules, and ensuring that the vehicle is kept in good condition at all times.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

• Valid South African Code 10 driver’s licence.
• Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit).
• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 2–5 years truck driving experience.
• Good knowledge of South African road regulations.
• Ability to read maps/GPS and follow delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Code 10 vehicle safely and responsibly.
• Deliver goods to customers on time.
• Load and offload cargo when required.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Complete delivery notes and logbooks accurately.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Report vehicle faults or accidents immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle.
• Plan delivery routes efficiently.
• Assist with warehouse duties if required.
