Curro provides independent school education in English and Afrikaans to learners from 3 months to Grade 12, making use of an education model based on: Christian ethos and values Child friendliness Creative thinking Positive discipline Key performance areas Conduct market research and report thereon. Generate leads for learner enrolment. Coordinate promotional events. General sales and enrolment management. Assist in the induction of new learners. Deployment of marketing materials and ensuring that a consistent approach is maintained, and that the correct and relevant materials are used. Brand management (including the correct use of the school CI). Support marketing initiatives (including securing PR and local media-relations maintained and/or built). Management of the school's virtual presence: social media and website monitoring and updates in line with approved plans. Personal commitment to education and a willingness to contribute to the values and ethos of the school. Qualifications, experience and skills Minimum of three years' experience in a similar role. Marketing or sales-related qualification. Time management skills. Project management skills. Attention to detail. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Communication and influencing skills. Service orientated. Ability to organise, plan and prioritise work. Relationship building-/client service-orientated. Analytical ability. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Must comply to the Curro Code of ethics and must undergo a compulsory criminal-record check. Closing date: 12 May 2026.
