- Matric / Grade 12
- National Diploma or certificate in Sales Management or related field advantageous
- 2–3 years’ sales support, order processing or administrative coordination experience
- Export experience, including African markets
- Knowledge of Incoterms and export documentation
- Experience with invoicing, orders and supplier quotations
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Good understanding of logistics and delivery coordination
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Valid Code 8 driver’s licence
