Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of complex chemical processes, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.

Develop and review technical documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, and operating manuals, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to project teams and junior engineers remotely.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different locations through virtual communication tools.
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in chemical process engineering.
Requirements Master's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
Over 8 years of progressive experience in chemical process design, scale-up, and optimization.
Demonstrated expertise in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and advanced data analysis.
Proven track record of leading complex projects and driving technical solutions remotely.
Excellent understanding of process safety principles, hazard analysis, and regulatory compliance.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills suited for a remote work environment.
