Test Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA team and test automation strategy
- Ensure product quality across the full development lifecycle
- Design and execute automated and manual test cases
- Manage product risks, dependencies, and releases
- Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement, CI processes, and QA best practices
- 4+ years QA experience and 4+ years in team management
- Strong test automation experience (4–6 years)
- Experience with Python/C#, Node.js, Playwright, Robot Framework
- Strong API testing (Postman, RestAssured, SOAPUI)
- Knowledge of performance testing (JMeter), CI/CD, Agile
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, XRAY, GitHub
- ISTQB certification and relevant degree preferred
- Experience in HR, Payroll, T&A or Finance systems
- Understanding of cloud, SaaS, and databases
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and in teams
