HR Manager, Rivonia

We're looking for an HR Manager to be based in Rivonia, Gauteng, while providing support to the Cape Town office as well, to lead and manage all HR functions, ensuring effective recruitment, employee development, performance, compliance and workplace engagement to support business objectives. The successful candidate will need to be able to travel between Cape Town and Gauteng on a regular basis.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources Management

• 5+ years HR Management experience

• Knowledge of SA Labour Legislation

• Leadership & Management Skills

• Policy enforcement and compliance expertise

• Professional communication

• Organisational skills

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00

Salary:

• R28 000 - R30 000

Responsibilities:

• Travel between Cape Town and Gauteng

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

• Manage recruitment, workforce planning and employee onboarding

• Drive performance management and employee development

• Ensure compliance with labour legislation, company policies, and HR best practices

• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters and grievances

• Oversee HR administration, reporting and employee records

• Process payroll inputs accurately and on time

• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and SOPs

• Promote employee engagement and retention

• Provide HR support and guidance to management
