RESPONSIBILITYAssist with advert placement and design across suitable media avenues for client vacanciesConduct rigorous CV screening and grading against client job specificationsSupport the assessment and shortlisting of qualified applicationsHelp generate tailored shortlists (aligned with TaSiSo's top-5-candidates standard) for client interviewsSource candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and TaSiSo's internal database across specialised sectorsSchedule and coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and clientsConduct initial telephonic/video screening calls under consultant supervisionMaintain accurate, up-to-date records on the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment trackersAssist with reference checks and candidate verificationSupport consultants with market research, salary benchmarking, and industry insightsProvide general administrative support to the recruitment deskUphold confidentiality and TaSiSo's ethical standard of not representing candidates from the client baseQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCECurrently studying towards or recently completed a qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related fieldRecruitment experience required; previous internship or customer-facing experience is an advantageWorking knowledge of, or interest in, South African labour legislation (e.g. Labour Relations Act 66 of 1995) is beneficialGenuine interest in pursuing a career in recruitment/talent acquisition.
