Key Responsibilities

- Manage key client relationships, including regular client meetings, communication, queries and complaints, ensuring a high level of service
- Lead annual price increase negotiations, from preparation and budget discussions through to securing signed agreements and ensuring increases are implemented on time
- Identify opportunities for business growth, including upselling, alternative solutions, additional services and expanding relationships across client groups
- Manage billing and book debt processes, ensuring signed agreements and supporting documentation are submitted correctly and timeously
- Lead and support the Account Management team, including coaching, development, performance management and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Account Management, Key Accounts, Client Management, or a similar commercial role
- Proven experience in client relationship management, price negotiations, and commercial discussions
- Strong business development and upselling skills, with the ability to identify opportunities to grow existing client portfolios
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organisational and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work confidently with clients and internal stakeholders
