Business Development Specialist (Commission-Only)

Camilla Holding Group is a South African holding company with active interests in mining, procurement, infrastructure, and strategic partnerships. We are building a network of driven, independent Business Development Specialists to originate and close high-value deals, capital opportunities, and long-term client relationships.

The role is commission-only, remote, and for closers.

Duties and responsibilities :

• Originate capital, funding, and mining deals across South Africa and SADC.
• Execute existing partner mandates, including referral, distribution, and structured deal agreements.
• Source and qualify clients for working capital, debt, equity, and structured finance.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, funders, suppliers, and partners.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and reporting.
• Identify synergies and opportunities across the SADC region.

Limitations :

• You will not create, design, or post marketing material, flyers, or social content.
• You will not make strategic, operational, or financial decisions on behalf of CHG.
• You will not engage directly with any funder, client, or partner introduced by CHG without prior written approval.

Strategic and operational decisions rest with CHG management and the CEO.

Compensation:

• Commission-only. Paid on close.
• Tiered commission structure aligned to deal size.
• Performance bonuses and profit share for high performers.
• No upfront fees. No fees unless the deal closes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of proven B2B sales, business development, or deal origination experience.
• Comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
• Strong network or ability to build one in mining, logistics, procurement, or finance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.
• Reliable laptop, phone, and stable internet.
• Available Monday to Friday, remote.
• Must pass a background and integrity check.

Advantage:

• Existing relationships in mining, capital, or SADC trade.
• Understanding of capital raising, offtake structuring, or procurement.
