As a remote-first role, you will have the autonomy to manage your work effectively from your own location.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive digital engagement strategies to increase online visibility and supporter interaction.Manage and grow our client's social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Create engaging and high-quality digital content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, tailored for different channels.Monitor online conversations, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community online.Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns to reach new audiences and drive donations or engagement.Analyze website traffic, social media metrics, and campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.Collaborate with the communications team to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all digital touchpoints.Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation and list segmentation.Optimize online content for search engines (SEO) to improve discoverability.RequirementsProven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.Demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital engagement strategies.Excellent content creation skills, with a strong portfolio of digital work.In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, management tools, and analytics.Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
