Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and process large datasets from various sources within the insurance domain.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations related to customer behavior, risk, and claims.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights.
Build predictive models to forecast future outcomes, such as claim frequency or customer churn.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Interpret complex data findings and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the insurance industry.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into data analysis plans.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
