Cost Savings:Leading and drive cost saving and cash conservation initiatives.Stakeholder RelationsBuilding and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and externally at all levels and cross-functionally.Ensuring open communication channels with all relevant stakeholders.Resolve or elevate unresolved stakeholder queries and assist with problem solvingParticipate in the optimisation of the LTP through regular discussions with stakeholders across disciplinesBuild effective relationships through mutual respect and two way communicationIdentify potential conflict situations and minimise the implications.Building a values-based organisational cultureActively support and meaningfully participate in the execution of the segment specific organisational development plan.

In this regard the role will be required to organise and prioritise scheduling requirements and to extract and collect integrated data necessary to conduct effective planning.
