A security company in East London wants a firm, fair supervisor for its hospital complex. If you like clear targets and knowing where you stand, this is for you.
The work is in East London, Eastern Cape, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day. There's a probation period of three months before the contract is confirmed.
What your day looks like
- Check that PSIRA registrations of staff on site are current
- Handle discipline issues fairly and keep written records
- Do surprise night visits to check posts
- Order and issue uniform, radios and torches
- Post officers when the shift changes over and cover no-shows
What you need
- Firm with staff but fair and consistent
- Matric, with a security management course a plus
- Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
- PSIRA Grade B (Grade A for area manager posts)
