Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable cloud infrastructure solutions on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Implement and manage containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and deployment processes.
Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of cloud environments through monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize applications for cloud environments and troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues.
Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency.
Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning of cloud resources.
Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and best practices, evaluating and recommending new tools and services.
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap planning for cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in software engineering, with a significant focus on cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
Proven expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
Experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
Knowledge of networking concepts, security best practices, and monitoring tools.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, especially in a remote setting.
