Consultant: Soné Johnson
- Lead the company’s finance and administrative functions, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, legal, and governance requirements.
- Manage HR, IT, legal, compliance, and facilities functions, driving operational efficiency.
- Develop and improve internal controls, business processes, and risk management strategies.
- Partner with senior leadership to support strategic planning and business growth.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships, including banks, auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to department heads across Finance, HR, and Inventory Management.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (BCom, BAcc, or MBA preferred).
- Professional affiliation (SAICA, SAIPA, CIMA, or similar) advantageous.
- Previous experience in a senior finance and operational leadership role.
- Experience within a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment will be advantageous.
- Strong financial management, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Innovative, adaptable, and able to mentor and develop teams.
