Our client is seeking an experienced and customer-focused
Customer Care Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer orders, resolving queries efficiently, and supporting daily customer care operations. This role requires an individual with strong customer service experience, leadership capability, and experience working with Sage Pastel.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and other communication channels.
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly.
- Ensure orders are processed correctly from receipt through to completion.
- Assist with coordinating customer requirements and maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Support and guide team members where required, demonstrating leadership within the customer care function.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting company service standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in a Customer Care or Customer Service role is essential.
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is required.
- Experience using
Sage Pastel will be given preference.
- Experience with order processing and order management is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
