Minimum Requirements:
R25 000 basic salary plus overtime.

- Formal Diesel Mechanic qualification essential
- Valid driver’s licence essential
- Proven experience working on heavy duty trucks
- Experience on manual trucks essential — not automatic only
- Basic auto electrical experience required
- Must be able to diagnose faults and carry out repairs independently
- Willing to work irregular hours , including attending to breakdowns when required
- Must be reliable, hands-on and self-motivated
- Must have a strong work ethic and a “go-getter” attitude
- Servicing, maintenance and repairs on heavy duty trucks
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Attending to breakdowns when required
- Basic auto electrical repairs
- Ensuring vehicles are maintained in safe working condition
