This role calls for a well-presented and confident hospitality professional who is passionate about guest service and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering efficient and attentive service while managing multiple tables and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests. This position is ideal for someone who is organised, personable, and able to perform under pressure while maintaining high service standards. Candidate Requirements:
5 days on, 2 days off (depending on business)
Uniform included
- Well spoken, well-groomed, and highly presentable
- Previous experience in a 4/5-star establishment is essential
- Ability to manage 7–10 tables effectively
- Strong communication and guest interaction skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Attention to detail and service excellence
- Provide attentive and professional service to guests
- Manage multiple tables while ensuring smooth service flow
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle requests professionally
- Uphold high standards of service and presentation
