- Grade 12 / Matric essential
- Diploma/Certificate in Logistics or Supply Chain advantageous
- 3–5 years’ fleet or logistics control experience
- FMCG or high-volume distribution experience preferred
- Strong Excel and computer skills
- Experience with fleet management systems/GPS tracking
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills
- Coordinate vehicle schedules, routes and deliveries
- Monitor fleet movements, GPS and vehicle performance
- Manage fuel usage, maintenance, repairs and compliance
- Maintain accurate fleet records and reports
- Coordinate and support drivers
- Monitor costs, identify efficiencies and reduce downtime
- Liaise with warehouse, dispatch and sales teams
